"Please note the photos you see on this site have been reduced to very low quality. If you order prints they will be very high quality. They are produced by a professional photographic lab. If you are unsure about buying a print because you can't see its true quality, just contact me through my email address, and tell me what photo you are thinking about. I will then send you a high quality copyrighted image back, as an attachment at no charge."

Accepted Payment

PayPal is extremely easy to use. You do not even have to become a member of PayPal to use it!

Prices

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling. If you make a purchase you pay in Sterling no matter where you are in the World. Other currency prices will be exchange into Sterling at the current rates prevailing on the day you pay, useing PayPal.

Dispatch

Most prints are shipped within 48 hours. Framed & mounted prints are usually made to order and ship between 5-8 working days.Then they are sent out for delivery.

Usual Print Dispatch Time:

Christmas Delivery (UK)

Please make sure you order before 11th December 2009 for framed prints to arrive with you by 24th December 2009.

For unframed prints please order before 16th December 2009 for arrival with you before 24th December 2009.

Please Note: Guarantees can't be made that your items will arrive on time as the Royal Mail is very busy this time of year. Edward Wilson photography can not be held liable for any items sent not arriving before 24th December 2009.

Delivery (UK)

Delivery within the UK: England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland.

All orders are sent either by Royal Mail: 1st Class, Royal Mail: Recorded, Royal Mail: Special Delivery or Royal Mail: Standard Parcels, and are hard packed for protection.

Usual Delivery time: 
2-3 days.

Postage Cost is calculated by weight. Depending on the weight of your order special delivery may be available in the shipping section at checkout.

If you return an item within 30 days you can get a full refund or exchange of the same value of the product. All postage costs can not be refunded.

*As this is a brand new website most of the locations outside the UK are not ready to be used with this website. This will be sorted out within the next few weeks. (As of 05th December 2009)

After you have paid

You will be sent an email by PayPal straight after you have paid threw the PayPal website. This email will quote the total cost of your order (including p&p). When I have received your order I will send you an invoice via email within 48 hours. Since I cant develop the print(s) myself I use a pro lab. So it may take up to 7 working days before despatch depending on the size of your order. The transaction on your credit card statement will read "ED WILSON" or "ED WILSON PHOTO".
